We endeavor to publish accurate descriptions and images of our products. Please consider that buying products over the Internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. However in a small number of instances the images on the web-site may be different to the actual product, please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products.

If you require any particular colour or style, please contact us first with your queries and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

We rely on a small team who dedicate their time to help maintain the online store. We aim to dispatch all orders within two to five working days, and the majority of orders will be dispatched within two days.

All UK based orders should be delivered within 1-2 weeks after dispatch, though during peak times (Easter, Christmas, bank holidays) delivery times may take slightly longer. International deliveries may take up to 2 weeks and all delivery times are based on the shipping option selected.

Delivery is by Royal Mail and most orders are dispatched from our office or suppliers within 48 hours.


All of our items must pass a thorough quality checking process before they are deemed suitable for retail. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report to EMAIL with sufficient information and evidence, inclusive of images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and determine whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase.

If your item(s) appear to be damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, by emailing EMAIL with images and details of the problem. The matter will thereafter be referred to Management to resolve who will put forward a solution based on the circumstances surrounding the related transaction.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
All Goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order, however we will inform you if that is the case. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Payment method

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are securely processed on The Muslim Vibe’s server via PayPal using a verified SSL certificate ensuring that all data provided is encrypted.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns chart in full, which accompanied your order, and enclose this with your parcel to the returns address provided on the returns form.
We will offer you a full product price refund if the goods are in an unused and saleable condition. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

The cost of returning the goods to us will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless we have specifically authorised otherwise. Your payments will be refunded within 30 days after goods have been returned to us. Please contact us before returning any goods as we will not be held responsible if goods are delayed or lost that are sent back to us without our authorisation. Please provide us with your order number to allow us to answer your queries quickly.


Please allow a period of up to 5 working days, following receipt of your returned parcel, for your refund to be processed (excluding weekends and public holidays); a confirmation message will be sent to you upon completion. You will receive the refund amount via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The approximate time is up to 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
