  • Great message from mr. Khan and boils down to the fact that science of Hadith is harder to master and not as accessible for individuals as the science of Quran is. This important distinction is the result of differences in the time frame and process of codifying the Quran and Hadith. Due to these differences, the teachings of the Quran came with their important context and often with ambiguous flexible language that makes them adaptable and amenable to different interpretations. This not the case for the Hadith which is why rigid individuals prefer the Hadith with teachings that lack flexibility and context and they seek to use this apparent rigidity to limit the flexibility and to expand the generality of Quranic text beyond their narrow context.
