Chelsea fans filmed singing Islamophobic chant directed at Mohamed Salah

Footage has emerged of Chelsea fans in Czech Republic singing an abusive song about Mohamed Salah ahead of their Europa League fixture against Slavia Prague.

The video, which emerged a few hours ago on social media, shows Chelsea fans singing “Salah is a bomber” in a crowded bar. The video has since been removed by Twitter user @billabs80.

Chelsea Football Club have yet to respond, but the video has caused outrage online.

In contrast, here is a song sung by Liverpool fans about Salah. “If he’s good enough for me, he’s good enough for you. If he scores another few then I’ll be Muslim too”:
