This social experiment highlights that discrimination/hate against Muslims in Australia is not tolerated.
The person conducting the experiment tries to get a reaction out of people by expressing his hate towards the Islamic faith and behaviour of Muslims. One individual says “No man, leave him alone… let him wear what he wants”, while another female says “He’s chosen his dress, you’ve chosen yours and I’ve chosen mine”.
It truly is heartwarming to see that many people will comfortably speak out against discrimination against Muslims, especially in a climate where Islamophobia is rife.
