Comedian Russell Brand visited the Fox News Studios in New York after being cancelled by Sean Hannity. Russell decided to film outside the Fox News building and in his uniquely comical way criticised Fox News’ representation of Islam. Brand has a long running spat with Fox News anchor Sean Hannity which peaked during the 2014 bombardment of Gaza by the Israeli occupation.
Russell, who is currently in the US to promote his book Revolution, had earlier hit out at Fox News during an appearance on MSNBC, labelling anchor Bill O’Reilly “a man at war as much with hemorrhoids as with immigrants.”
